Steve W. Smith represents the Alliance of Nonprofit Mailers on the United States Postmaster General’s Mailers Technical Advisory Committee in Washington, DC.  Steve is a publishing, logistics, and postal expert who runs Base 60 Consulting.   His specialties include: Import/Export, Logistics Planning, Compliance, Domestic/International Postal Regulations, Public Speaking, Seminar Presentation, and Nonprofits.  Steve also was Director of Distribution and Postal Affairs for Christian Science Publishing Services for 22 years.
