Alliance Alert—2020 USPS Price Cap to be 1.9%

With today’s data released by the Postal Regulatory Commission, it is highly likely that the price cap on each class of mail will be 1.9 percent.  We expect the USPS Governors to approve a pricing proposal soon, and to file it at the PRC before October 10.
